Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehabilitation team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the direct supervision of a physical therapist to provide physical therapy services to residents. This is a full-time position located in Stoughton, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Provides physical therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of a physical therapist.
• Identifies indications for and assists in evaluations at appropriate intervals under the direction of the physical therapist.
• Assists the physical therapist in identifying a problem list, short-term goals, long-term goals and treatment plan.
• Maintains and completes accurate documentation, department records and reports.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or Higher in Physical Therapist Assistant program from an accredited institution.
• Active state license or license eligible.
• Must have a strong understanding of physical therapy principles and practices.
