Per Diem Physical Therapist

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team in Los Angeles, California.
About the JobThis per diem / prn position offers ongoing therapy opportunities for patients at Adventist Health White Memorial, a leading healthcare provider since 1913. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in restoring and improving physical, social, and mental functions for our patients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, with a focus on patient-centered care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that meet department objectives.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas that require attention.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, utilizing appropriate clinical techniques and tools.
- Provide therapy interventions using established treatment protocols and techniques.
- Establish individualized care and discharge plans, ensuring seamless communication with relevant parties.
- Supervise assigned assistants and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (some certifications may require Bachelor's): Required.
- Master's Degree: Preferred.
- Doctorate Degree: Preferred.
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience: Preferred.
Additionally, you must hold current licensure in Physical Therapy in the state of practice, as well as Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary range for this per diem position is $80-$120 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include continuing education opportunities, bereavement leave, medical benefits, dental benefits, vision benefits, a health care FSA, 403(b) retirement plan, employee assistance programs, life insurance, holiday pay, sick pay, health savings account, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
