    This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients, including troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and implementing new solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems
    • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
    • Implement new solutions and recommend improvements to existing processes
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of technical services
    • Document and maintain accurate records of all technical issues and resolutions
  • Key Technologies

    We prefer candidates with experience in the following technologies:

    • Windows 11+
    • Apple Operating Systems
    • Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook
    • Microsoft Azure
    • Windows Server
    • Asana
    • Airtable

Physical Demands & Work Environment: This position requires the ability to move equipment and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
