About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Psychologist to join our team for the upcoming school year. As an Educational Specialist - Student Development, you will play a critical role in enhancing the educational experience of students through effective assessment, intervention, and collaboration with educators and parents.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations for students to determine eligibility for special education services.
  • Develop Individualized Plans: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to each student's unique needs.
  • Provide Counseling Services: Offer direct counseling services to students, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral concerns in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
  • Collaborate with Educators: Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop strategies for improving student outcomes and promoting academic success.
  • Crisis Intervention: Participate in crisis intervention and provide support during emergencies, ensuring the well-being and safety of students and staff.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Texas state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting preferred.
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to special education.
Compensation Package

Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of $85,000-$110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications, along with opportunities for professional development and career advancement in a supportive work environment.
