About the Job

This Radiologic Technologist position is responsible for performing various Dx radiography imaging exams with accuracy and precision. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Imaging Expertise: Set acquisition factors for optimal image quality, position patients correctly, and follow radiologist protocols for specific exams.
  • Patient Care: Evaluate images for quality and accurately follow physician's instructions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate degree in Radiologic Sciences or related field.
  • Experience: Two years' experience preferred, but new graduates welcome.
  • Credentials: ARRT certification for diagnostic imaging and NYS licensure.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
