We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Supervisor to join our team at Mooyah, the fast-growing quick-service restaurant that cares about its team, customers, and ingredients.

Overview

As a Restaurant Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading teams and creating a fun atmosphere where people working with you want to always do their best. You will also be interacting with customers, being connected to the community, and consistently delivering the best possible product.

Salary and Benefits

Job Description

This is a management role where you will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting our General Manager and contributing to the success of our restaurant. We require experience working in a similar role and a strong ability to lead teams, motivate staff, and provide exceptional customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
