Job Description

The Housekeeping Specialist will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in the facility, including resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices. This will involve performing daily housekeeping tasks, ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation, and reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor. The successful candidate will also be expected to interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, and previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. You must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods. You will also need to be able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
