Culinary Artist

Famous Toastery is a vibrant restaurant dedicated to serving high-quality dishes that delight our guests. We are looking for skilled Culinary Artists who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the freshness of ingredients and final products
• Executing recipes with precision, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients
• Baking, grilling, steaming, and boiling meats, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other foods
• Presenting and garnishing final dishes
• Serving food occasionally
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes
• Storing and handling ingredients and food
• Implementing food safety and sanitation standards
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils
• Executing opening and closing procedures
• Setting up workstations with required ingredients and equipment
• Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients
• Monitoring station inventory levels
• Accommodating guests' special requests
• Operating kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Prior experience working as a cook
