Covenant Health, the top-performing healthcare network in the region, seeks a skilled Revenue Process Specialist to join their team.

With 10 hospitals and various outpatient services, Covenant Health offers a unique opportunity to work with a large and diverse patient population. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong analytical skills.

The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in charging, coding, or billing, and be familiar with regulatory guidelines for coding, charging, and billing. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, although an Associate's degree in a related field is preferred.

In this position, you will:

  • Analyze physician and nursing documentation to determine charges for services
  • Identify areas of opportunity for compliant optimal department revenue and risk from lack of documentation
  • Work with the business office and health information management to resolve claims issues
  • Maintain compliance relating to charging and monitor electronic tools used to determine charges
