Truckee, California Interventional Radiology Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced radiologist to join our team at RecruitWell in Truckee, California.

This permanent position involves performing a variety of procedures, including CT, x-ray, fluoroscopy, nuclear medicine, PET/CT, ultrasound, mammography, and MRI. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for dictating diagnoses for all modalities and must be capable and competent in this area. A minimum of 5-10% of procedures will involve CT/US-guided interventions.

This is a competitive opportunity with a salary range of $300,000 to $350,000 per year. The successful applicant will also receive a comprehensive benefits package.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Board certified or board eligible in Radiology
  • CA (RHB) and NV license to practice as appropriate
  • A current Federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration (approved for all drug schedules) and/or unrestricted Nevada State Board of Pharmacy Certificate and DEA to practice in Nevada, as appropriate
  • ACLS Required
  • Eligible and assigned as an Authorized User (AU) of radioactive material as defined in 10 CFR 35.290
  • EMR: Epic
