Job DescriptionThis role involves assisting members with questions and issues related to their coverage with VIVA Medicare. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a call center environment, and possess a strong understanding of healthcare principles and practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in a call center, healthcare, or related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective listening and reading comprehension skills
- Above average data entry skills
