Cryotherapy and Body Contouring Technician Role

We are seeking an experienced Cryo and Body Contouring Technician/Studio Professional to join our team at Calistoga Cryo LLC.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
  • Perform natural body contouring services, including whole-body cryotherapy, compression therapy, local cryo, infrared sauna, and slimming/toning treatments.
  • Operate various natural health machines and maintain their cleanliness and maintenance schedules.
  • Handle sales and payments collection in a professional manner.
  • Manage client check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Plan and schedule appointments according to client preferences and studio availability.
  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing them with a warm welcome and assistance throughout their visit.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls promptly and provide excellent communication skills to address client inquiries.
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems to maintain accurate records and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Perform other office tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the studio.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Prior sales experience is desirable, along with previous experience in office administration or related fields.
  • Show ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
