Career Highlights
  • We prioritize quality over quantity, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality patient care, with an average patient load of 14-16 per day (30 minutes per visit)
  • You will be measured and rewarded based on the quality of care provided, rather than productivity metrics, with many physicians earning $50,000 annually
  • A comprehensive benefits package includes 160 hours of paid time off in the first year, plus 5 days for continuing medical education, and 8 national holidays off

About the Role

This position requires a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree, board certification in internal medicine or family medicine, and an active, unrestricted medical license in Texas or the ability to obtain one prior to employment. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
