The Physician Empire is looking for a skilled Family Physician to join our team in Northern California. With its picturesque four-season climate, diverse outdoor activities, and small-town environment, this location offers an ideal setting for professionals seeking a balanced lifestyle.
About the RoleAs a Family Physician with the Physician Empire, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients of all ages. Our group provides over 50,000 patient visits per year, offering a diverse range of cases and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary and preventive care to patients, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and health screenings
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including geriatric conditions
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong background in family medicine, with a focus on geriatrics an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
We offer a competitive base salary of $210,000, which takes into account your level of experience and fellowship status. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including relocation assistance, CME opportunities, and a generous PTO policy.
In addition, we offer a range of incentives, including NHSC loan repayment and NHSC Scholar site opportunities. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, with access to ongoing training and professional development.
