About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Limbach Facility Services LLC. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small team and delivering individual sales directly to building owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve key metrics and results.
  • Develop and deliver winning proposal and presentation strategies.
  • Create a local market owner-direct sales message and train the team on proper delivery.
  • Track, qualify, and prioritize all sales leads.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team and branch staff to achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain market analysis of competition and customers with detailed account plans and zipper plans.
  • Generate estimates and construct thorough proposals to effectively communicate objectives, scope, schedule, price, alternates, basis of proposal, design criteria, and general conditions.
  • Negotiate and secure acceptable contract terms that generate proper project cash flows.
  • Initiate and lead the transition process from sales to operations.
  • Pursue customers and opportunities that align with the marketing strategy and are within the branch's niche.
Requirements
  • Multiple years of professional sales experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective organizational, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of the construction industry and marketplace.
  • Ability to travel locally up to 70% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
  • Previous supervisory/management experience in leading high-performance teams.
Work Environment

This position operates primarily in a professional office environment and may require occasional walk-throughs of local job sites.

Physical Demands

This is a light work position that requires occasional exertion of up to 20 pounds of force.
