Spencer Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice President of Finance to lead our financial operations and drive business growth.

The Senior Vice President of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial matters, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. This role will also involve developing and implementing financial strategies to maximize profits and drive business growth.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and maximize profits
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage financial reporting and analysis
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Lead and manage a team of financial professionals

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Five to ten years of managerial experience in finance
• Certifications such as CPA, CFA, and CMA are preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
