About the Role

Closets by Design, a leading designer, manufacturer, and installer of home improvement products, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join their team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the company's marketing efforts and contributing to the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day advertising placements to ensure maximum visibility and reach.
  • Communicate order status updates to Franchise Owners in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with graphic artists to create effective ads and meet deadlines.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to support business objectives.
  • Coordinate travel and guest arrangements, and assist with meeting planning to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track program performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Set up new franchise location information in the internal system and on the company website and social media platforms.
  • Assist with trade show and event planning to showcase the company's products and services.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing team.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of marketing or administrative experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A self-starter with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Able to multi-task and keep track of several projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with a focus on Excel.
  • A college degree is preferred.
