As an LPN in this program, you will have the opportunity to work under the guidance of experienced Registered Nurses in a clinical setting, participating in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

To be eligible for this residency program, candidates must meet specific requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing, with a verified nursing degree from an accredited School of Nursing within 120 days of the residency start date. Additionally, they must be eligible to sit for the NCLEX-PN exam or have already received a passing score. Other essential qualifications include CPR certification, current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Georgia, and adherence to Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) personnel qualifications and responsibilities.
