About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide functional rehabilitation in a variety of settings, including the home, community, and workplace.

Responsibilities
  • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans to help patients regain functional capabilities
  • Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and communicate with the treatment team, physician, and family members
  • Perform discharge evaluations and provide recommendations for home and community safety
  • Communicate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration and coordination of care
Qualifications
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
  • Current Basic Life Support or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification
  • A minimum of one year's work experience as a physical therapist preferred
