Respiratory Therapist

As a Respiratory Therapist at Gritman Medical Center, you will be part of a high-performing team delivering high-risk deliveries, ventilator management, and respiratory care procedures. You will work closely with physicians and nursing staff to provide exceptional patient care and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner with experience in therapeutic gas administration, aerosol and humidity therapy, and lung clearance therapy. You will be responsible for assessing patient outcomes, providing safe and competent care, and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-risk deliveries and ventilator management
• Administer therapeutic gases, aerosols, and humidity therapy
• Conduct lung clearance therapy and pulmonary function testing
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Current licensure by the State of Idaho Board of Medicine as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
• Experience in high-risk deliveries and ventilator management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
