We are seeking an experienced and skilled Luxury Travel Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the luxury travel industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized travel plans tailored to each client's unique requirements and preferences.">
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing and secure exclusive offers for our clients.">
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on destination selection, accommodation options, and activities to ensure seamless and enjoyable experiences.">
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, travel plans, and payments to ensure efficient and effective communication.">
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.">
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive loyalty, retention, and business growth.">

Requirements

To succeed as a Luxury Travel Coordinator, you will need:

  • ">
  • A minimum of one to two years of experience in a related role, preferably in the luxury travel or hospitality industry.">
  • Excellent knowledge of destinations, accommodations, and activities, gained through personal travel or professional experience.">
  • Six months to a year of experience in dining and/or entertainment is preferred but not mandatory.">
  • Proven problem-solving skills and resourcefulness in previous employment.">
  • GDS experience is desirable but not essential.">
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Outlook.">
  • Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.">
  • Ability to commit to scheduled shifts, including nights and weekends.">
  • Must be able to commute to the office.">
