About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Badger Daylighting Corp. As an OSR, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in business development activities in a field sales role
  • Grow Badger's business through business acquisition and account management
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience preferably in a business development role
  • Experience in customer support and account management
  • Ability to build rapport with client prospects
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • Experience in hydrovac, construction, utilities or environmental services industry preferred
