Job Overview

ADECCOCMS is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Relationship Manager to lead our customer-facing initiatives and drive business growth. In this key role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with current customers, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with current customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • New Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Project Management
  • Develop and manage projects to meet customer needs, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management and/or customer service, preferably in a contract manufacturing environment.
  • Prior supervisory experience and ability to lead a team of 2-4 project managers.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. ADECCOCMS offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
