We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at HyPro Inc. This advanced position involves setting up and programming CNC machines to meet production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up CNC machines according to technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Programming CNC machines using computer software to model cutting paths.
  • Performing quality assurance tests to ensure products meet design specifications.
  • Selecting tools required to cut particular materials and programming machines accordingly.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving problems with machines as they arise.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • Completion of a technical or associate degree program is a plus.
  • Knowledge of G and M Codes.
  • Experience programming CNC mills and lathes.
  • CNC setup.
  • Familiarity with Solidworks is a plus.
  • Solid math skills.
  • Strong computer and office software skills.
