Cedars Healthcare Center Seeks Experienced Nurse

We are committed to providing exceptional care for our seniors and are seeking a talented and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Development Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess learning needs and develop in-service and continuing education programs based on quality assurance data to meet needs and regulatory guidelines
  • Develop, implement, communicate, and evaluate annual training plan
  • Design specific teaching plans and programs to cover training needs for all roles on a regular basis
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure highest standard of care and compliance with facility policies and procedures
  • On call

Requirements:

  • Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado
  • Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred but not required. Background/training in infection control is a plus
  • Current CPR certificate desired
