Medical Professional for Patient-Centered Care

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at The Hospital of Central Connecticut, an acute-care community teaching hospital. Our hospital provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services in general medicine and surgery, as well as a wide variety of specialties.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits that include health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse, you will work in a collaborative environment with strong interdisciplinary teams, focused on patient-centered care. You will utilize evidence-based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, policies, and procedures of the hospital.
Requirements- RN with current Connecticut license required
- BSN preferred
- Experience in Emergency Medicine preferred
- New graduates to work under supervision per State guidelines
- Demonstrates excellence in customer service
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Self-directed in clinical responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others
- Ability to manage and organize multiple clinical priorities
- Ability to delegate to achieve patient outcomes
