About the Role

As a New Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clientele for our clients' products/services. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships, understanding client needs, and showcasing how our solutions can add significant value to their everyday lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking, and market research to identify potential clients and generate leads.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to understand potential clients' requirements and develop targeted solutions.
  • Presentation and Communication: Present compelling product demonstrations and effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions to clients.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for client acquisition.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding acquisition targets.
  • Industry Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a client acquisition or sales role, preferably in sales & marketing.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
  • Motivation and Goals: Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Organization and Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
