Dishware Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Dishwasher at Texas Roadhouse, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. This includes operating the dish machine, supervising proper rinse and wash temperatures, and changing water and dish chemicals as needed. Key Responsibilities:

Operate the dish machine to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dishes and utensils

Supervise proper rinse and wash temperatures to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean environment

Change water and dish chemicals as needed to maintain a clean and sanitary environment

Set up and organize the dish racks to ensure efficient use of space and prevent clutter

Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized workspace
