**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge Registered Nurse to lead our hemodialysis team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day direction and supervision to assigned direct patient care staff, promoting positive public relations with patients, their family members, guests, physicians, and coworkers.

**Responsibilities**

  • Function as the hemodialysis team leader, overseeing daily operations and ensuring high-quality patient care.
  • Provide guidance and support to direct patient care staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

**Requirements**

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing is required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred; three year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Dialysis experience preferred.
