Medication Therapy Expertise
At KPC Promise Hospital of PHOENIX, we seek a skilled Clinical Medication Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing
- Maintain proper handling, usage, and storage of drugs in the pharmacy
- Order and supply necessary medications to patient care areas
- Develop and implement medication therapy plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Current state license and ongoing renewal
- 1-3 years of experience as a registered pharmacist in a hospital setting
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient in English
Physical and Mental Demands:
- Sitting: 75%
- Walking: 25%
- Standing: 25%
- Lifting: up to 30lbs
- Stress Level: Moderate to high
Exposure Risk:
- Category II: Jobs with minimal exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues
Equipment and Tools:
