Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

New American Funding is seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the Northwest Region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to reinforce our brand and support regional sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Regional Marketing Team and provide guidance on marketing initiatives.
  • Support the Regional Sales Manager with various marketing initiatives, including social media, blogs, digital ads, CRM, website updates, direct mail, events, and video.
  • Develop creative concepts and collateral for the region, including video production and editing.
  • Manage the onboarding marketing process for new hires and enhance recruiting efforts.
  • Provide creative development and support for ASA-related accounts and monitor marketing expenditures.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly marketing project reports to managers and assist in planning and coordinating regional events.
  • Oversee social media strategy for the region and Sales Manager, as well as regional marketing communications and project management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve systems and materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication, organizational, design, and creative skills.
  • Experience in a marketing role, with proficiency in video concepts and video editing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
