Job Description
Role Summary: As a Primary Care Physician at One Medical, you will manage a patient panel with diverse needs, conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits. You will also participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs;
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits;
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits;
- Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds;
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams;
- Utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures;
- Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues;
Requirements:
For this role, we require:
- An accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program completion;
- A minimum of 2 years' practice experience in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+);
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date;
- State licensure in New York, obtained before your One Medical start date;
- The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds;
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care;
- The desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery;
- An openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and weaknesses;
- The ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues;
- Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients.

Salary Range: $260,000 - $279,000 per year, based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
