The Role

  • Aggressive Pursuit of New Client Contracts: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to outperform competitors and secure high-value contracts with speed and precision.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients across various industries, ensuring a consistent flow of new business opportunities.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate complex contracts with key decision makers, leveraging excellent negotiation and communication skills to drive successful outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Onboarding: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients, fostering strong relationships and driving long-term growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of exceptional sales performance in the BPO industry (minimum 5 years) at a managerial capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals quickly and efficiently, with a strong understanding of various BPO service offerings and market dynamics.
  • An extensive network of industry contacts and decision-makers, as well as excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure, with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
