Job Description:
We're looking for highly motivated Service Technicians with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Service Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining and repairing high-quality vehicles, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles with efficiency and adherence to dealership standards.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test vehicles and components.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive transmissions and related systems.
- Communicate with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional service needs and provide estimates for repairs.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
- Participate in hands-on training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- ASE Certification or associate degree in auto maintenance and repair.
- At least two years of experience as an automotive technician.
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Working knowledge of shop equipment, including wheel and tire equipment, alignment systems, diagnostic tools, AC equipment, and lift operation.
- Ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data to maintain accurate records.
- Professional appearance and friendly customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
- Valid driver's license.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
