At Princeton University, we are seeking a highly skilled Program Administrator Lead to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in higher education and has experience in program administration.

About the Role:

The Program Administrator Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our undergraduate program. This includes managing all aspects of program administration, from communication with students and faculty to budget management and event planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Administration: The Program Administrator Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all program requirements are met, including course preparation, scheduling, and advising assignments.
  • Budget Management: The Program Administrator Lead will oversee the budget for the undergraduate program, including disbursing funds and ensuring expenses are compliant with university and department policy.
  • Event Planning: The Program Administrator Lead will plan and execute various events related to the program, including orientation, open houses, and class day.
  • Communication: The Program Administrator Lead will serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and staff, communicating important information and updates regarding the program.

Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in higher education and program administration is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite are essential.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

  • Probationary Period: 180 days
