Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Grand Fitness Partners. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
  • Assist with membership sales and promotions.
  • Manage front desk operations, including checking in members, answering phones, and resolving member concerns.
  • Perform membership-related functions, such as sign-ups, updates, and cancellations.
  • Execute retail transactions and drive sales goals.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including exercise equipment and communal spaces.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Willing to become CPR/AED certified.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods.
