Career Staffing Talent is partnering with a Miami-based plaintiffs law firm to find an accomplished commercial litigation attorney.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a challenging role in a boutique firm, reporting directly to the lead attorney and working on complex commercial cases.

We are looking for someone who has experience in leaving a defense firm and wants to accelerate their litigation skills while minimizing billable hours.

The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, able to handle various tasks independently, and comfortable taking ownership of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes in legal disputes
  • Take and defend depositions, conduct discovery, perform legal research, draft motions, argue in court, manage cases, and communicate effectively with clients

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation
  • Strong work ethic, academic credentials, and organizational, research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to prioritize urgent tasks and admit to the Florida Bar
