Spinning/Winding Operator

Glen Raven Custom Fabrics, a leading manufacturer of performance fabrics, is seeking a skilled Spinning/Winding Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality winding packages from the spinning process, ensuring efficient production and quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Setup and operate the creel machine to company standards
• Review and interpret machine efficiency data to optimize production
• Complete quality paperwork and ensure accurate records

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing experience, preferably in a similar role
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues
