Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in our 13-bed Critical Care Center, working closely with our intensivist team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients with medical and/or surgical issues.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Requirements:
- Current Mass RN license
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certification required.
- At least 6 months-1 year recent (within the last 12 months) critical care experience required.
Preferred Requirements:
- BSN & CCRN Preferred.
- Documented professional development activities.
