About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Energy Development Specialist to join our team at Rudolph Libbe Group in Toledo, Ohio.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will assist project managers and estimators with strict adherence to safety practices, project planning, procurement, document control, meeting minutes development, subcontractor coordination, estimating, contracts administration, cost control, sales/customer satisfaction, and travel to jobsites as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strictly adhere to Rudolph Libbe Group's safety practices and procedures
  • Participate in project planning and implementation of activities
  • Procure labor, materials, and equipment
  • Control documents, including submittals, methods statements, safety reports, drawing logs, and associated tracking processes
  • Develop and update meeting minutes
  • Coordinate with subcontractors
  • Assist with estimating
  • Administer contracts
  • Control costs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Travel to jobsites as required by PM and/or superintendents
Requirements:
  • Strong technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Dynamism, prioritization, and ability to handle multiple tasks while responding quickly to requests from customers, superintendents, and construction partners
  • Working knowledge of blueprints and construction specifications preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn essential
  • Ability to adapt to unique job requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management
  • Experience in the construction industry
Compensation:

Estimated annual salary: $65,000 - $85,000 based on experience and qualifications. GEM Energy offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth and professional development.
