Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.

About the Role: As a Tanning Representative, you will be the face of our Relax and Recover department, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while promoting our tanning services and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized consultations to customers, offering expert advice on safe tanning times and suitable UV tanning beds and spray tan options.
  • Maintain a clean and organized tanning facility, adhering to strict sanitation standards.
  • Exceed sales targets by utilizing suggestive selling techniques and maintaining a strong knowledge of our products.
  • Work effectively in high-pressure environments, balancing multiple tasks with excellent time management skills.


Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; salon management and sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record in retail/customer service environments.
  • Current CPR/AED Certification and SmartTan Certification, paid for by Fitness Ventures LLC.
  • Reliable transportation and eligibility to work in the United States.
