Grain Industry Worker

As an Agriculture Laborer at CHS, you will contribute to creating connections to empower agriculture. Your day-to-day tasks will be diverse and challenging, ensuring our facilities operate efficiently.

• Load and unload grain, agronomy, and feed products from railcars and trucks using heavy-duty machinery and equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of commodities handled at the location, adhering to company policies and government regulations.
• Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner, preparing trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
• Operate automated scale/dump systems, conduct regular maintenance tasks, and monitor inventory quality.
• Deliver products such as fertilizer, chemical, seed, feed, and others to customer sites.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, performing grounds maintenance, warehouse work, and driving a loader.

• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• 1+ years of experience in operations and/or business operations.
• Ability to operate machinery like loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobiles.
• CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Agriculture experience and forklift certification are advantageous.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note that pre-employment screening may be required for this role.
