We are seeking a highly organized and patient-focused Patient Service Representative to join our team at Vitreoretinal Surgery PLLC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer multi-line phones and direct calls to the appropriate party or handle the caller's needs
  • Greet patients, sign them in, and obtain necessary information
  • Provide patients with intake and new patient forms, as well as office policies and documents
  • Process payments and schedule appointments
  • Maintain patient records and files
  • Remind patients of upcoming appointments and schedule testing
Requirements
  • High School Degree or GED
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior administrative or front desk experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
