**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized student to join our team as a Library Assistant at Post University. As a Library Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the associates of the Traurig Library, ensuring seamless daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with mail check-in, shelving, and circulation duties
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering phones, checking in/shelving government documents, and assisting patrons with online databases
  • Participate in special projects such as inventorying the collection and discarding old newspapers

**Requirements:*

  • CURRENT STUDENT AT POST UNIVERSITY
  • Minimum 10-25 hours per week commitment
  • Basic computer skills and experience with MS Office (a plus)
  • Previous clerical experience and attention to detail required
