As a Sales and Client Advisor with Keys, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the store's opening and closing procedures
  • Providing top-quality service to customers, meeting their needs and expectations
  • Achieving sales goals and working towards balanced strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management
  • Maintaining great interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all departments, stores, colleagues, and staff
  • Ensuring customer complaints and feedback are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Supporting and enforcing store operations manual at all times and providing feedback on any updates or changes that may become necessary
  • Enforcing all sustainability policies implemented by the company both locally and globally
Stock, Inventory, and Loss Prevention Management

You will be responsible for ensuring store shrinkage by partnering with the Stock Associate/Operations Manager/Sales Team through sound operational execution. This includes:

  • Ensuring cash registers and safe are functioning properly and enforcing back-of-house standards for cash/change accuracy along with timely bank deposits
Visual Management

You will assist with the implementation of visual display and merchandising as directed by the Store Manager/Direct Report according to company standards. This includes:

  • Ensuring all company information related to visual standards, received from Store Manager and Corporate, is communicated to the team as needed
Store Maintenance Management

You will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning and physical upkeep of the inside and outside of the store. This includes:

  • Maintaining highest standards in the functioning, presentation, and maintenance of store property
  • Ensuring proper levels of supplies are on hand at all times
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within other retail or fashion companies
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment through excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to drive results in a selling role; exceeding individual and store goals
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen through a genuine passion for the fashion industry
  • Strategic vision in order to develop the business and high level of personal performance
