Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU Nurse Leader Position

Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have 18 months of minimum experience in Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU and possess strong clinical skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team. Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 18 months of experience in Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU
- BLS, PALS certifications (ACLS certification preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, location, and other factors. This estimate is subject to change and may not reflect the actual salary offered.

Please note that all candidates must undergo a background check and meet specific licensure requirements. Additionally, a copy of your physical license is not required, but prior source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment is necessary. HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics exam and answer key can be found in the Document Library. Agency is required to give and grade the test. Score needs to be 90% or higher with only 2 attempts.
