Key Responsibilities:- Manage the school nutrition program, including menu planning, food preparation, and service.
- Supervise and train food service staff to ensure high-quality service and food safety.
- Develop and implement nutrition education programs for students and staff.
- Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and parents to promote a healthy and supportive school environment.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to food safety and nutrition.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Knowledge of nutrition education principles and practices.
