Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role involves observing students engaged in activities to assess their occupational performance, administering standardized developmental screening tests, and preparing material for activity programs.

Responsibilities:
- Observe individual students engaged in activities to assess occupational performance
- Administer and collect standardized developmental screening tests as requested by supervising OTRs
- Prepare material for conducting activity programs
- Keep records of student progress
- Participate in individual staffing and IEP conferences as directed

Requirements:
- Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred
- Currently licensed as a COTA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
