Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse with a passion for critical care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide respiratory support to patients in the ICU.
  • You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized plans of care and coordinate patient transfers.
  • You will assess patient needs, communicate with families, and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • BLS certification is required, and ACLS certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
  • Specialty certification and ICU experience are highly valued.
