Dishwashing Specialist

Old Chicago Pizza and Taproom is seeking a highly motivated Dishwashing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen utensils, service ware, and equipment.

As a Dishwashing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and safety in our kitchen.

• Wash and sanitize all cooking equipment, utensils, and service ware to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish area, including the three-compartment sink, dish machine, and storage areas.
• Monitor and maintain the correct levels of dish machine chemicals and water.
• Verify that all equipment is working properly and report any issues to management.
